Warrantee

Because we want you to be happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day money back warrantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. We make no claims, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any of our products as to any purpose you may have.

Manufacture's Guarantees

Kromski spinning and weaving products carry a five year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Louet products are covered by a one year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Leclerc looms are covered by a one year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

Items Damaged In Shipment

Should your purchase arrive damaged make sure the carrier makes a note of it. In the event you have hidden damage, report it to the carrier as soon as possible, be sure to save all boxes and packaging materials as they may want to inspect them. We will work to help you make things right. We reserve the right to replace or repair any damaged parts.

Returns: Terms & Conditions

The following must be observed when returning an item:

  • All items must be returned in original, resaleable condition. Any item returned that is not in resaleable condition will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Items must be returned in the original carton(s) and include all original parts, assembly instructions, packing materials, and receipt.
  • Any items that may have been included at no charge with the purchase must also be returned. If they are not returned you will be charged the suggested retail for the item.
  • The following items will not be accepted for return: unfinished items that have had a finish applied to them, items that are shipped with unglued parts that are then glued by the customer, books, and floor looms.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Returns must be shipped by a carrier that offers package tracking.
  • All returns must be insured in full, if the item is not insured then you will be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.
  • Returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If we gave you free shipping on your order, the shipping charge we paid will be deducted from your refund.
  • Email us before shipping to get a return shipping address and return authorization number (RMA). Any products returned without a return authorization number will be refused and returned at your expense. Our email address is desimpson@cyberfyber.com


  • Refused Orders

    In the event you refuse an order upon delivery, the following conditions apply.

  • You will be responsible for all shipping charges and any penalties applied to us by our vendors.
  • You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
