Q: Do you offer free shipping on any products?
A: Orders of $100.00 or more are shipped FREE in the Continental U.S.
Q: I don't like shopping online, can I mail an order to you?
A: Yes, our shopping cart, on checkout, allows you to either place your order online or to print out your order so that you can mail it to us.
Q: Do you have everything in stock?
A: No, large items, items that have a lot of options, and items that have a lot of color and size options, such as spinning wheels, looms, and some yarns and fibers, we are unable to stock due to the expense and storage conditions that the products present. For that reason we drop ship many products from our suppliers. Drop shipping saves energy costs and allows us to give you better prices (it is also good for the environment).
Q: Will it take longer for me to get my order if you don't have it in stock?
A: It shouldn't take any longer to get it from our supplier than it would take coming directly from us. Our suppliers are very good about getting orders out in a timely manner. The exception to this is Louet North America, they do not always have an item in stock, and so there is a wait for them to get it from Holland. They generally get containers from Holland once a month.
Q: What kind of warrantee do you offer?
A: We realize that you play with fiber to have fun. We also realize that if you don't like the products you purchase from us, you aren't going to have fun. To that end, if you aren't satisfied with any product you purchase from us, feel free to return it within 30 days for a refund.
